Android Cupcake (1.5) Update Live

I glanced at my G1 and discovered an update notification for my phone. Unexpectedly, it was the new 1.5 update, better known as Cupcake. Installation didn't take too long.

Quick observations:
New android splash logo.
Various graphical improvements on some Google Apps.
Locked phone background is transparent to your wallpaper.
Faster web page rendering in browser.
On screen keyboard.
Camcorder mode!
Some slowdowns, but not sure what is triggering them.
Some broken apps.
